Hair loss is mum’s fault.

We are told that if you want to know whether or not you will suffer the indignity of hair loss as you get older then look no farther than your mum’s father, yes good old grandad. So does that mean that if your father’s father is bald you should not worry? Well unfortunately, the latest news indicates that you can inherit the hair loss gene from either your mum’s or dad’s side of the family.

By the time they reach their sixties nearly 60% of men will be experiencing hair loss due to male pattern baldness and it can start in your twenties. But there can be other reasons for hair loss other than your grandads. Today, there is a significantly higher percentage of young males losing hair than say 25 years ago. Why is it so?

Well the good news is that it can be caused by reasons other than your family history. How we live in today’s stressful environment, medications, hair products and fast food diets can all place stress on how our hair grows and whether or not we get strong hair regrowth after each hair cut. Just as we take specific vitamins to help our bodies cope with our busy lives we can consume specific nutrients to help keep our hair in it’s best condition and stimulate strong hair growth
As a young man you don’t have to accept that you are losing your hair just because grandad  is bald. Science has shown that you can do something about your hair loss without any downside.

Before you go running off to spend thousands of dollars on all sorts of programs, first look to your lifestyle and your diet – you may be surprised that the small changes you make now can have a dramatic effect on the health of your hair.
